IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Friends,
We know many of you were looking forward to this year’s Annual Tea Time Fundraiser, that was scheduled to take place on April 26th. However, due to the COVID-19 crisis, to ensure the health and safety of everyone, and in accordance with government guidelines, the event will be postponed and will take place at a later time once conditions allow.
Many of you who had already purchased tickets generously offered to convert your ticket purchases into donations, for which we are very grateful. We are inviting anyone who had intended to purchase tickets to consider making a donation, for which a tax receipt for 100% of your contribution will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and support.
We will keep you updated as the situation evolves.

In these difficult times, Chez Doris continues to help vulnerable and homeless women, thanks to the kind support of people like you.
Chez Doris has put in place exceptional hygienic measures that allow us to prioritize meeting the essential needs of homeless women by continuing to offer meals, clothing, respite beds and showers. We have also implemented a new system for preparing and distributing lunch boxes and personal hygiene kits.
All of these measures are essential for maintaining a safe place. Without Chez Doris’ day shelter, homeless women would have nowhere to go during the day.
