After a decade of dedication at the helm of Chez Doris, we salute with respect and gratitude the departure of our Executive Director, Marina Boulos-Winton. Her tireless efforts, her inspiring vision, and her unwavering commitment to vulnerable women as well as those experiencing homelessness, have forever marked our organization, and has had a tangible impact on the lives of many.
The significant growth and enhanced visibility of Chez Doris over the last ten years both in terms of the expansion of services for the women it serves and the acquisition of premises to offer those services, are largely attributed to Marina’s efforts in raising awareness and engaging Montrealers to this important cause.
Today, Chez Doris needs to solidify its expansion efforts to position the organization as flagship place for women experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, while also aiming to be a preferred employer for all those who share our vision.
Guided by our values of inclusion, fairness, dignity, and compassion, we are committed to working with our clientele drawing inspiration from the path that Marina Boulos-Winton has traced with us since 2014.
