Overview
If you need in-person assistance, we are located two blocks east of Atwater Avenue above Saint Catherine Street, near the Atwater metro, and close to the following bus stops: 15, 57, 63, 90, 104, 108, 138, 144, and 150. We are open seven days a week. Our monthly schedule is available on our homepage and in person. Special activities, such as haircuts or outdoor excursions, as well as medical appointments, require a reservation at: 514-937-2341#0 or 221.

The Day Shelter at 1430, Chomedey Street: Open seven days a week, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Chez Doris offers three meals a day, access to showers, hygiene products, a clothing room, and 10 respite beds. Caseworkers are available on site, offering a safe environment and practical assistance such as obtaining ID, receiving mail, obtaining information, and referrals. The day shelter is currently providing reduced services; please call between 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday for assistance.
The Health and Social Services Centre at 1445, rue Lambert-Closse: Open five days a week except for statutory holidays, on the ground floor, appointments are available for health and social services, socio-recreational activities, Indigenous programs, grocery gift card distribution, and educational integration programs. Various programs, such as our financial management program, housing search, housing subsidies, housing support services, legal services, and tax preparation services, are also offered on the main floor.
The Night Shelter: Located near the day shelter, it offers 24 beds from 8:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. for women experiencing homelessness and crisis. It also accepts two pets each night. Reservations are taken by day 514-937-2341#0 or 221, but inquiries for space especially by other emergency services may call extension 301.
