Donate items

We are most grateful to donors who provide us with specific items needed. We have limited storage space and resources, and must manage the items we receive. Please contact us by email at objects@chezdoris.org to inquire about our existing needs, though our most needed items are described below.

We accept in-kind donations from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Chez Doris receives many wonderful donations from the community and businesses, however, we are severely lacking certain items.  Please consider donating as many of the following items as you wish:

Please note that we no longer accept food donations. Our food basket program has been replaced by a monthly distribution of grocery gift cards. With food costs rising at an alarming rate, this program is vital for our clients, and their children, experiencing food security.

Thus far, the grocery gift cards have had a remarkably positive impact on both the mental and physical health of participating clients. It not only ensures that they have a dignified and autonomous shopping experience but also allows them to access wholesome food choices, in keeping with their preferences.

If you would like to contribute to our Grocery Gift Card Program, please contact our Donations Coordinator at (514) 937-2341 ext. 228 or by email at objets@chezdoris.org

Gift baskets, concert or sporting event tickets, spa packages and quality company merchandise are ideal gifts to give your organization presence at our events.
