Here’s a look at the 2nd edition of our benefit cocktail, held last Thursday at Salon Richmond 1861. This festive evening, infused with Indian culture and décor, celebrated the community’s commitment and the achievements of Chez Doris, and it was a resounding success!
An impressive amount of over $340,000 was raised through ticket sales, proceeds from the virtual auction, donations, and sponsorships from the Circle of Care. These funds will be used to finance our housing projects, which are at the core of our initiative to address women’s homelessness in Montreal.
We would like to express our immense gratitude to our guest of honour Bash Shetty, to Elizabeth Wirth and Jacques Maurice for their brilliant co-chairing of the evening, as well as to Sonali Karnick for her outstanding performance as Master of Ceremonies.
