On Sunday, May 6th, from 2-5 pm the Chez Doris Tea Time Fundraiser will bring together more than 200 guests at the Grey Nuns Building at Concordia University.
Sponsorship and attendance at this annual event will go far in supporting the necessary programs dealing with poverty, homelessness, and mental health issues.
This year’s Tea Time Fundraiser will take place Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 2-5 pm at the historic Grey Nuns Building at Concordia University, located at 1190 Guy Street (just north of René Lévesque). There will be a variety of teas, graciously offered by Camellia Sinensis, as well as sumptuous scones, courtesy of Shortbread by Gryphon, and delicious treats & sandwiches catered by Simply Wonderful. There will also be a fabulous silent auction (and raffle prizes!) with plenty of unique and enticing items. In addition, guided tours of the crypt and the magnificent chapel will be offered to guests.
The event will also be an occasion to honour Carole and Andrew Harper; Mr. Harper has chosen to make a substantial contribution to the future of Chez Doris, the details of which will be shared at this year’s Tea Time.
