  • Ateliers portant sur la nutrition, la psychologie, le logement à loyer modique, l’écriture créative, etc.;
  • Bingo hebdomadaire;
  • Zoothérapie;
  • Arts et artisanat;
  • Accès aux ordinateurs;
  • Repas et activités spéciales pour le Vendredi saint, la fête des Mères, l’Action de Grâce, Noël, la Saint-Valentin, la Journée internationale de la femme;

We are very proud to announce that Marina Boulos-Winton, our Executive Director, is the spokesperson for the 29th edition of Montreal's Nuit des sans-abri tonight!

Barely 24 hours after the formation of the new government, this night will be an opportunity to challenge it to engage in the fight against homelessness. Under the theme “Citizens, even in the streets”, the RAPSIM and Marina wish to emphasize that people who are at risk of homelessness are still struggling to have their full citizenship recognized.

Join us! A solidarity march will start at 6 pm from Phillips Square to reach the site of the night vigil at Cabot Square, where performances and awareness-raising activities will be organized for everyone.

Chez Doris

RIP Charlie McQuade. We regret to inform you that volunteer, Charlie McQuade, passed away on October 11, 2018. He was a former CTV cameraman, and since the past summer, he’d often volunteer on weekends. He’d drive our truck with a couple of female asylum seekers in the front seat. He’d drive them to appointments to pick up donations of furniture and then he’d drive them to their home to bring the furniture back to their respective homes. He fulfilled a much needed service as many asylum seekers rent apartments with very few personal belongings and live very much below the poverty line. Our condolences to his wife Jennifer Wooley and his family. ... See MoreSee Less
